A 1950s silver pin badge to commemorate 50 blood donations. The round domed front features a double heart and crown motif, finished in white enamel over a red guilloché enamel background. With Birmingham hallmarks to the reverse indicating sterling silver, as well as the words BLOOD DONOR and a maker's mark and registration number. Dating from the year 1957.
